My name is Dorothy Moreau. I
live in Bellingham, Washington
in the beautiful Pacific
Northwest. I am breeding multi
generational Labradoodles. All
my breeding dogs are from
Rutland Manor and Tegan Park in
Australia. I do keep exceptional
puppies from these dogs to add
to my breeding program. If you
or a member of your family has
dog related allergies, I will
try to provide you with a dog
that, I feel, has the most
potential to be allergy
friendly. If you should purchase
one of my puppies and find they
do not work with your allergies,
I will either take the puppy
back and try to provide you with
a puppy that will work for you,
or refund your cost of the
puppy, excluding shipping cost.
If at any time your puppy does
not work out for you for any
other reason, I will take the
puppy back and your money will
be refunded when the puppy is
resold. This however may not be
the full amount of purchase
price, as older dogs do not
always sell for the same price
as a puppy. I give a health
guarantee against hereditary
diseases, which includes hip and
elbow dysplasia, and PRA.
The
cost of a spayed/neutered puppy
is $2500 plus cost of shipping,
if necessary. I require a
deposit of $300 to be placed on
the waiting list. I offer my
puppies in the order of
confirmation of deposit. If
there is not a puppy for you in
this litter, your name will be
moved to the top of the next
litter waiting list.
The
puppies will be vet checked,
spayed/neutered, wormed and
current on all shots to the date
they go to their homes. They
will also have a microchip
inserted for identification.
When
your name comes up, you may opt
for a puppy from that litter, or
wait for the next litter. I
reserve first choice of puppies
for myself and have final say in
choice of puppies to buyers. I
cannot let a puppy go to a home
if I feel he would not be suited
to their lifestyle. I want all
my puppy owners to be very happy
with their new addition to the
family.
The
Adoption application is on
my web site. This may be printed
and mailed to me at the address
below. If you are mailing to me,
please email me that you have
committed to a puppy and your
name will be added to the list
while I am waiting for the
deposit check in the mail. I
will send an acknowledgement by
email that it has been received.
